Acne 3 Acne Free

Micro Sclerotherapy

Micro Sclerotherapy is the technique of instilling an irritant solution into spider veins, venous flares or telangiectases, using a very small needle. The solution destroys the lining of the abnormal vessel and causes the walls of the vessel to stick together. This will darken the vein and it will fade over a six month period. While the vein is darkened treatment with Intense Pulse Light will reduce it further.

Micro Dermabrasion

Micro Dermabrasion is a technique used to resurface and smooth the skin. It is a deep cleansing device using a diamond tip wand and suction. This procedure can be done without anaesthesia and when completed the skin has a healthy red glow. The increased circulation brings with it oxygen and nutrients to refresh and regenerate the skin. Redness will fade within a few hours and makeup can be applied before you leave if you need to go back to work. There is no down time with this procedure and it can be done in your lunchtime for convenience.

Peels and Peel Workouts

Peels and Peel Workouts are a great way to rejuvenate the skin. To some degree all peels can achieve:

• removal of damaged surface skin
  
• new collagen formation which thickens the dermis
  
• normalisation of the cells in the upper layer of the skin
  
• some contraction of larger pores
  
• slight amount of tightening of the skin
  
• lightening of pigmented spots and freckles
  
• reduction in fine lines

Peel workouts are less server and work by adding product to the peel solution before applying it to the skin. This works better on particular problems with skin.

Sun protection is mandatory following any skin treatment. It protects against further damage and helps prevent hyperpigmentation.
